How do the garments have the woven interlining? How do the different fabric materials affect the bonding surface temperature? There are several overlapping methods and characteristics of the woven interlining fabric and the fabric. The standard superposition method is that the fabric is on the lower side and the lining is on the upper side. The adhesive side is facing down. The effect of standard overlay bonding is better, but the effect is lower and the fabric is more susceptible to sticking.
The coat is required to have appropriate elasticity. The shirt collar needs to have a certain stiffness resin collar. The main reason is to have certain toughness. As can be seen from the above figure, the minimum stiffness is 5.4cm at 135°C. Increase, the stiffness increases accordingly.
The adhesion time of the bonding time lining to the fabric is affected by the time at a large level because the flow of the hot melt adhesive into the fabric is related to the peel strength and the bonding time for a certain period of time. The adhesion of the two layers of fabric is too short by the hot melt adhesive to connect between the two layers. The hot melt adhesive lacks melting and can not wet the fabric well, so the peel strength is low, but the pressing time is too long. A large amount of molten rubber is infiltrated into the fabric, and the length of the pressing time is selected according to the density and thickness of the fabric.
The time of pressurization and pressurization during bonding pressure bonding and the pressurization during bonding mainly eliminate the gap between the two layers of fabric, so that the hot melt adhesive is immersed into the fabric by external force, and the press of the plate press machine The pressing form is a flat pressurization method which pressurizes the hot melt adhesive from the glass state (solid state) until it reaches a viscous flow state. Heating and pressurization are synchronized in time because the pressurization time is longer, so the adhesion fastness is higher than that of the belt press, but it is easy to penetrate;
The rolling press is in the form of a linear pressurization in which the fabric and the hot melt are simultaneously heated and passed through the oven at the same time. Because the unbonded two-layer fabric is not tightly applied during heating, the lining hot melt adhesive does not adhere well to the fabric, so the belt press (except for pre-heating) It is not as strong as the plate type pressing and bonding, and the effect on the hard-to-stick fabric is obvious.
