What is the lining cloth? What is the lining material? The lining cloth, also known as the lining cloth, is mainly used for clothing collars, cuffs, pockets, skirt waists, hem and suit chests, etc., and generally contains a hot melt adhesive coating. According to the difference of the base fabric, the adhesive interlining is mainly divided into a woven interlining cloth and a non-woven lining cloth.
1. Nonwoven lining, as the name suggests, is a cloth that has not been formed by weaving.
Process principle: The chemical fiber is coated with a high temperature and high pressure to form a base fabric. Then, a layer of hot melt adhesive is applied to the surface of the base fabric through a coating machine, and then dried to form the nonwoven interlining used.
How to use: Place the glued side of the lining on the fabric, then use a bonding machine or iron to heat the glue on the lining to achieve the effect of bonding to the fabric.
Features: cheap, soft to the touch, but not very washable (the temperature of the water will be required, normal only resistant to 70 degrees or less)
Second, there is a woven interlining cloth, the commonly used equipment is a key bar loom and a water jet loom, and the polyester is made into a base fabric by textile.
The base fabric with woven interlining is divided into woven or knitted fabrics, and the knitted lining cloth is also called: knitted fabric. Knitted woven fabrics are generally divided into two types, two-sided elastic knitted interlinings, and four-sided elastic knitted interlinings. The width of the interlining fabrics is usually 110cm and 150cm. Kind.
The woven interlining fabric is now made of PA coating. In the past, the powder coating was usually used on the market. It is characterized by a large amount of sizing and a simple production process. The disadvantage is that the amount of sizing is large, and it is easy to produce a phenomenon of penetration. It has now been eliminated.
The most advanced is the two-point process without foundation, which is characterized by easy control of the amount of glue, strong adhesion, washing resistance and other special treatments. It is now used by most manufacturers. The woven interlining cloth is characterized by strong pulling force, good elasticity and water washing resistance.
